Who this policy covers
This website is operated by Reilly Recovery, the coaching practice of Damien Reilly, located at 26 Court Street, Suite 1001, Brooklyn, NY 11242. This policy explains what information the website collects, what it does not collect, and how anything you share is used. Questions are always welcome at damien@reillyrecovery.com.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to include it, your message, and your text message consent choice. Submissions are delivered to Reilly Recovery by email.
- What you send directly: anything you share when you email, call, or text.
- Usage information: through Google Analytics, general information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and the approximate region a visit comes from. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Standard server logs: like nearly every website, the hosting provider keeps routine technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on the contact form, Reilly Recovery may send you customer care text messages from 917.284.8348 in response to your questions. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose, and no personal information is sold or shared for marketing. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to help us understand how the website is used, such as which pages people visit and how they found the site. That information guides improvements to the site. It does not identify you personally, and your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
You can decline analytics cookies at any time: block or clear cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully either way.
No advertising trackers run on this site.
How your information is used
To respond to you, to schedule and provide coaching services, and to keep the records needed to run the practice. Nothing more.
Confidentiality
Privacy is central to how Reilly Recovery works. Client confidentiality follows HIPAA guidelines, and website inquiries are treated with the same care. One honest caution: email is not a fully secure medium, so share what you are comfortable sending and save the sensitive details for a conversation.
Third-party services
The website runs on a commercial hosting provider whose servers process site traffic, and uses Google Analytics as described above; Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy. Links to outside sites and social profiles (such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) lead to services with their own privacy policies, which Reilly Recovery does not control.
Your choices
You can ask what information Reilly Recovery holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email damien@reillyrecovery.com and it will be handled promptly.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and Reilly Recovery does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If practices change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Significant changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
